Complaint Address?

After Disney has failed to respond to my complaints by email - they messed my tickets up leaving us a day short on our trip AND ended up taking two payments at Annettes - I need to write to them.

Does anyone have a specific address to send it to where it will get dealt with? We are over £200 out of pocket through their mistakes and I am getting more annoyed by the day!

Tell your bank that the debit is a duplicate and therefore fraudulent and they should act on your behalf.

Tried that already, that was the first thing we did but because it was verified by pin, under Visa's terms they don't class it as fraud. What happened was the card terminal froze up after inputting the pin and went blank and stopped working. Annettes said it hadn't gone through so we had to do it again but because there was no cancelled receipt, we are liable. Had a nightmare with all my cards this year - I got some cash out (different card) and they tried to put it through three times on my account, so I had £300 euros 'on hold' for a week. Next time, it is cash all the way. :)

I have emailed disney but am yet to even recieve an aknowledgement email...
 
i'll be honest here, i think you really do need to give Disney their 14/15 days to reply to you, before you contact them again. I've often not had an "acknowledgment" email, but then a week or so later have had a full reply regarding the issue I've contacted them about.
