Comparison info

We have been considering resale for awhile now and are beginning to narrow it down lol...
I'm wondering if there is a comparison chart or something someplace about the resorts.
Some of the things we'd like to know are:

- Which DVC resorts are in desperate need of refurb and with have been recently done?
-Which ones have replaced the awful sofa beds with Murphy beds, and is that always done with a refurb?
-Which studios are too small for three adults, reasonably?
- Which DVC properties have room service as an option?
-Which ones have an extra bath or shower?
-Which ones have very limited storage or are generally thought to have a poor layout?
Etc...
We would also be appreciative of a master points chart that compares similar rooms for all resorts the same time period, so we could see the differences without having to pull up 6 resorts and write them down and flip back to the other one, etc..

I use this tracker. AKL definitely is needing a refurb, but it’s isn’t as bad as people post sometimes.

You can compare three resorts, its has basic info on them where you can see side by side (square feet, beds/baths, etc.)
Is it exactly what you are looking for? No. But its a start.

Some of your questions are subjective, and really depend on your preferences (too small for three adults, thought to have a poor layout, etc.,)

I understand about some of it being subjective, just have heard about a few resorts ( BLT studios are small, AKL needs rerurb,some tower studio is small, etc). We've stayed at BC and from what we remember, there wasn't much storage for luggage and things, but that was years ago. I've been trying to watch videos and just saw one that showed a tiny sink with no storage in the bathroom ( BLT? GF?) but have watched so many its getting confusing and if I'm not writing things down right away I forget lol

Personally, I would still have to write a chart down while using the above resources. If you know what type of room you will use, that would also limit the work - studio vs. 1 bedroom, etc. For instance, the 1-bedrooms at AKL and BLT have extra bathrooms. The original Poly studios have an extra shower and bathroom area but 1 toilet. Lots of variables.
