Comparing Poly Concierge to Dolphin Club Level?

Does anybody have any information on the Dolphin Club level and how it compares to the Polynesian Concierge?

We have stayed at Poly Concierge and it is our absolute favorite. However, the government rates at the Dolphin are hard to pass up. As of right now, $217.00/night for Dolphin vs. $380.00/night Polynesian over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Is the savings at the Dolphin Club Level worth giving up the excellence of the Polynesian Concierge if no codes become available for that time frame?
