How Crowded are Extra Magic Hours at night? We used to love E-Night even when are kids we young.

Extremely crowded! We were there for the first 2 weeks of May and did this a couple of times. While at EPCOT, you still needed to use fastpasses to ride pretty much most of the big rides (Soarin' and Testtrack). We didn't do illuminations and went to the land. We were able to walk on Soarin' at 9:00PM, but 10:00PM the wait was 60 minutes. We got fastpasses at 9:00PM, so was able to do it twice. Same for TT. MK was also extremely crowded, but there are more activities, so the waits were doable. The only quiet park I have found so far is AK, but the Safari line was still very long, as was Dinosaur.

Someone made the observation that if every WDW guest staying at WDW hotels used EMH, it's feasible that there would be 50,000 guests for EMH, and that the old E-ticket nights limited the number sold to 5000, ten times as many people.

They were pretty busy in April. We only stayed for an hour or so at MK & MGM because it was busier than it had been during the day & people were pouring in by the busload.
The morning EMH were much better.

Thank you all for your imput. This will help me plan our trip. We sure enjoyed e-night but will skip EMH this trip.
