Compare Vero to HH

I recently posted my Mini trip report on our recent visit to DVC HH. I would like to know what people's thoughts are comparing DVC VERO to HH as I consider VERO for a future trip.

-Rooms
-Beach
-Resort Activities
-Size
-Overall Feel

have been to both resorts and actually both resorts are home resorts for us, we enjoyed both. the rooms at vb are very much like okw in layout. the size of the resort is comp to hh. the resort is right on the beach, but you can't see the beach from the grounds. must be upstairs in the resort to see the beach and ocean. they have a reataurant and bar and grill type eatery in the inn. plus there is a grill at the pool for burgers and such. the pool and slide are fun, lots of swimmers but plenty of room, plus nine hole mini golf, and lots of things for kids to check out to play with, and our dd enjoyed the daily activities for the kids. there was a campfire a couple of nights with s'mores. check on the schedule for sea turtle activities when you are there. the beach is different type of sand, not exactly white sugar sand like hh, but it seemed to be quieter than hh, fun for boogie boards in the water. but overall just think of florida retiree destination town and that's vb. we had a lot of fun at both resorts, you should enjoy it at least as much as hh.

-Rooms
I agree with the poster above about the feel of the rooms

-Beach
Its narrow compared to HH and the water seems to be a bit
rougher, which is great for older kids wanting to boogie board.
At HH you cn walk out in the ocean for what seems like forever
before the water is deep. At VB it gets deep fairly fast. Again
not a problem with older kids who are good swimmers.

-Resort Activities
For older kids (12 and Up) there are a number of sports activities.
My boys like to shot hoops across the road. There is only one
net though. Tennis. And boogie boarding! Younger kids-there
is a full plate of scheduled activities to keep the 5-10 set happy.

-Size
VB feels smaller to me than HH but it is charmimg and nothing is
farther than a 4 minute walk from your room. ( A very leisurely
4 minute walk)

-Overall Feel
Wonderful!
