does anyone know if any of the companion restrooms in disney have changing benches in them? (not baby ones). :confused3

Some, but not all have a built in bench - sort of like a shelf supported on 3 sides by the wall. They are counter height (about 34 inches high) and most are around 36 inches long. A few are as long as 42 inches, but that is not common.
A few have one of the fold down baby hanging stations.
Many have nothing at all except for a toilet and a sink.

If you have a larger child and they need to lie down for changing, the easiest is going to be to use First Aid. There is a First Aid station in each park. They are nice, cool, quiet and dimly lit. They have low to the ground cots in cubicles or rooms like this picture, some with 2 cots and a curtain for privacy:

There are also rooms with an actual 'doctor's exam room type table' that can be raised and lowered. Those rooms have a door for privacy.

Sue is so right about the first aid stations. They are a godsend for us. The staff was always so friendly.
