Companies with REAR facing carseats?

Does anyone know which (if any) transportation companies have rear facing car seats for infants? Thank you very much!

An infant can always ride in a rear-facing toddler carseat. As long as a proper toddler carseat is available (not just a 5-pt booster), you can always strap it in rear-facing.
