Companies that sell resale?

I'm looking for a resale contract and not having much luck. Are there other recommended resale companies besides these:

I know what I want, but I don't see any contracts in our point range.

If you are looking for a small contract, you need to contact the company. Most of those don't even get to their websites.

I have bought 3 contracts through the TSS. I always call and tell them what I am looking for and ask them to call me if something comes up. Small contracts go within minutes of coming in. If you let them know how many points you are looking for, what resort, etc, you can ask them to call you when one comes in. Also, ask to be put on the mailing list-they email everytime they get new stuff in, including small contracts.

There is Jaki. I don't remember her Web address anymore, but she was great. Do a search on this site, several of us have used her. I find her easier to use than TSS.

Jackie is helping us with our purchase of 40 pts at HHI. She's with international GMAC. Let's put it this way, I called her on Saturday afternoon, we talked for about fifteen minutes, I put a deposit down and got my contract last night. She's very good about answering my questions and making sure I understand her answers. if you go to www.internationalGMAC.com
on the left hand side click on "buying" then on "hot deals" if you scroll down DVC has its own section- they have all sized contracts. If you see something you like give them a call!

I highly recommend The Timeshare Store -- great people, very, very knowledgeable, great service.

I'm not sure Jaki (who many have used for years here with very good reports) is the same as Jackie who works for GMAC.

I've never used either Jaki or GMAC, but I've heard nothing but good about Jaki. I've heard mostly negative (sometimes laughably negative) about GMAC until just the last couple of weeks, when I've heard several good reports.

I would reccomend Jackie with GMAC (She's helped me greatly!) or The Timeshare Store (Disboards Sponsor). They are both great people/companies and are both extremely helpful! Good luck with your decision!

We added on through The Timeshare Store, and it was easy. Like Deb & Bill and Stacypop said, call and talk to an agent. They will notify you when something comes in to fit your criteria. And they will talk you through all of the details, like ROFR. Good luck.
