Community Hall Hopping

We are staying at BCV Can my DD use the community hall at BWVs?
We satyed there last year and she had lots of fun there. She wants to make some of the crafts.
We are DVC members.

Honestly I'm not sure about the rules; hopefully someone else will chime in. But, last October during our first DVC stay, we stayed at OKW but went to the Boardwalk with the intention of renting a surrey bike. Turned out our kids were too short, so we went to check out the community hall instead. We didn't do the crafts but did play ping-pong and no one asked if we were staying there.
