Communities between the parks?

What rental communities with townhomes are located somewhat centrally between Disney, Universal, and Seaworld? I think that Seaworld is between the two so maybe there are some rental communities close to that?

We are looking for a two - three bedroom townhome with its own pool/splash pool.

There are no rental communities within the Orlando City Limits ( Orange County).
It has to do with the city zoning laws for short term rentals. You can find condo rentals but not pool homes or townhouses with splash pools. That is why all the communities that you see are in Kissimmee ( Osceola County ) and the surrounding counties.
Windsor Hills is very close to Disney and it only takes about 15 min to Universal or SeaWorld. There's also some communities on Poincianna and around 535 area.

First of all Ill say we are biased as we own in Bellavida, but for access to Universal, Seaworld and Disney I would suggest you look at the 192/535 area, including the north end of Poinciana.

From there you can use the 535 to cut over to the 192 and get to Seaworld, Universal etc, and the Osceola Parkway, or the 535 again to get into Disney and its about as fast as you can get.

Resorts in the area include Bellavida, Terra Verde etc (there are lots!)

If you are looking at a villa on the 27, its probably best to look for one closer to the I4 than the 192, that way you can jump onto the I4 to go to all the parks, wheras if you go to the 192 end of the 27 you have to drive past disney, or up to the I4 to get to Seaworld and Universal.
