Committment Thread-Anyone Interested?

Okay I'll be the first to admit. I had McDonalds today and I did not exercise at all. I came home from church and took a three hour nap. Can I start over tomorrow? PLEASE! :blush:

LOL...you and me both. I spent some one-on-one time with a bag of M&Ms this evening. And tomorrow's weigh-in day :earseek:
 
kim and mel you are forgiven but TODAY IS YOUR DAY!!!!

i finally WI today and I have 9 lbs to lose to get back to goal. :eek: My plan, thank you very much Dr. Phil, is to lose 4 lbs in January, hopefully the first couple are bloat from eating crap and drinking wine and being at WDW; and the last five in Feb!
 
Hi to all

First step in the process - met the goal (day one) of not eating after 7:30 last night. Had my hands busy with counted cross stitch!!

Now that I have accomplished that for one night - tonight will be easier - won't it:):)
