let's start a new thread this week, long threads tire me out! :teeth:

ok -- here's my commitment to journal and eat within my points. i have a neighborhood cookout friday night so i'll save my flex points for that. this already seems soooo hard and i'm only just thinking about it!

last week and weekend are a blur! i ate onplan during the week, the weekend went out the window with a wedding, church retreat overnighter, and birthday party. ok, that's done and time to move forward --- i'm aiming to lost 8 pounds before the summer is over!
 
This is Week 2 of my 4 week rotation with fitness videos. I hope to continue my clean eating for this week and stay on track.
 
ok for this week my commitment is to journal and to walk 3-4 days this week. Also, to quit my soda's (only one/day but it's still bad), also to cut back on caffine-it just jolts me.. I need to find an alternative to coffee!
 
I am going to stay OP - exercise and save my flex points for the 4th weekend

I also want to add walking up at least 5 flights of stairs a day at work - down doesn't count - just going up :teeth:
 

ok i already blew today and i hate admitting it!!

started out great than at the pool my DD (almost 13) brought me a candy bar she bought me with her own $$ - how can I reject that

dinner was pieced together and not super great

then I took my walk with neighbor and my DDs and friend offered me a s'more - well the day was shot

good thing tomorrow is a new day -- better make it count if I have any hope of maintianing Wed WI!!
 
Hey all,

Ok, I'm here to admit that I didn't do the best today or over the weekend, although as of yesterday afternoon my weight was still decent. Tonight was my WW WI and I gained 2.4, luckily I know its all water weight and it will go away by Thursday or Friday if I IMMEDIATELY get back on track.

Well my MRI came back as suspicious for ligament damage and I'm now reffered to a Orthapedic Surgeon who specializes in Sports medicine. Now I'm praying I can get in to see them after this week, I bet they are completely booked. I go to Vegas Thursday and to Disney in 2 1/2 weeks so I'm worried about getting in soon. Thank goodness I'm going to get someone who can hopefully diagnose what's wrong with my foot or feet and get them on the way to being healed. Keep your fingers crossed I can train for the Half in January!! I really want to race, especially since my mom is going to meet me and we are supposed to vacation afterwards in Disney for the week after the race. I don't live near my mom so this time with her will be very special.

As a side note to my foot pain, the tingling has subsided for the most part on Friday or Saturday. Slight tingling once in a while on each foot but not the constant tingling I had been feeling in my root foot. Maybe its starting to heal?? Then again I have no idea what's going on.

So for this week, my goal is to keep all non OP food out of my mouth until I get on the plane on Thursday. I can do this!! I must stay focused.

Hey all,

How is everyone doing. I'm not doing so well this week and I think I'm in vacation mode already. So far today so good and I'm hoping to be good the rest of they day and tomorrow so at least I have a few good days this week.

I couldn't get an appointment till August 11, UGH! Oh well I'm going to be gone the majority of July anyhow.

I got fitted for REAL running shoes on Saturday. I have 30 days to try them out and return them. I did test them out a little last night and ended up running 1 mile and walking 1. My feel feel good so at least it didn't make them hurt. I really felt the arch though, these are meant for people with flat feet. Its really different running with a more pronounced arch.
