Commitment Ceremony Question

Now that Disney allows same sex commitment ceremonies, has anyone begun planning one?
Any information at all would be appreciated.
My partner and I would like to have one in about 3 years, so of course I'm already planning!

No, but now that you mention it, a 15 year anniversary "re" commitment ceremony might be nice.

We've just begun planning our commitment ceremony throught Disney Fairt Tale Weddings. From experience, I can tell you they won't talk to anyone unless they're within 18 months of the date they want to book, and space can't be booked until a year out. Then the menu planning, price setting, etc can't be done until 6 months out at the earliest.

If you're looking at a ceremony 3 years from now, my advice would be to go to the Disney Fairytale Weddings site and spend some time looking at the options. You can even go to the "wishbook" function and choose the things you think you might like and it will help you think about budgeting for each item.

Not sure how long it will take to save up but I got the Fairytale Weddings DVD through yesterday.

I'm determined to get my baby to the church (figuratively) in Cindy's carrage.

We've got civil partnerships over here in the UK too, so we're trying to find out if we can either sign the uk paperwork out there or "postdate" it so we legally "tie the knot" on the same day.
