I just use the "Contact us" on the website. They'll get it to the proper person(s).

I bring extra paper with me and a small stapler on every cruise. I like to write out more about the CM's that made our cruise special as the comment cards do not provide enough space. I staple the extra paper to the comment card and fold it all together and drop it in the box. I am talking a tiny plastic stapler that I got at the dollar store. It stays in my gadget bag for all trips.
