Commemorartive Bricks

Anybody know what happened to the stones @ Ticket Transportation Center? My sister is down there with her kids. I got her & my BIL a brick when they got married and they haven't seen it in years and she just sent a text that she didn't see any bricks there anymore. Thanks!

We looked for our brick the last 2 times we were there. It's on the walkway between Contemporary and MK. We couldn't find it. In the area, it looks like they've done work and part of the walkway has been removed & replaced with plain bricks & pavers. We're going again in May and I'm taking the exact location with me so I can check it out. I will be broken hearted if it's gone. DH said if they dug it up, they should at least give you the option of having it placed somewhere else or taking it home. Please post if you get any further information.

Kathy, okay, that's the wedding one I got for my sister. Not sure of that's still there or not, but will find out from her. The one @ T&T Ctr she got as our "family" brick was more expensive and she said was now gone and just had regular pavers. She is furious. Like your husband said, it would have been nice to have been notified - I think that brick was grantite or something and may have cost $350.

We visited in late Aug and I forgot (again) to look up where our brick is exactly. I knew it was on the walkway from MK to Contemporary. Well, we found it and it's still there. My grown children still enjoy their sibling rivalry, so my DD immediately took a pic with her phone to send her brother who's name is covered in gum. Maybe next trip we'll bring something to clean it up.
