Liberty Tree Tavern
"We had been looking forward to this dinner since last year, as it was one of our favorite dinners. Not sure if we just built it up in our heads over the last year or we spoiled ourselves with a great lunch but LTT let us down this time."
"Salad and rolls to start..."
"Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes..."
"Green beans, mixed veggies, and meat platter..."

Johnny Appleseed's Cake featuring Ocean Spray Craisins
Tavern-made White Cake filled with Apples and Craisins Dried Cranberries, topped with Ice Cream
"The whole meal was a let down, even the service was off the mark. But we are in Disney so a bad meal here is still better than a regular meal back home."

"DS with his chocolate milk and custom colored crown."
They started with...
T-Rexadillas - Chicken, peppers, green onions, Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses grilled in flour tortillas and served with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole
"These were very good, could have been a meal by themselves."
"DW got the onion rings."
"DS got pizza."
"I got the shrimp kabobs. Very good dish."
Jurassic Shrimp Skewers - Grilled shrimp with red and green bell peppers and onions, served over Raptor rice with mango fruit salsa and lemon butter sauce
"DW got a chicken dish, can't remember the name. It was excellent though."
I'm going to say this is...Woolly Mammoth Chicken - Seasoned grilled chicken breast sautéed with spinach, onions, roasted red bell peppers, zucchini and mushrooms in a light tomato and roasted red bell pepper broth served over garlic mashed potatoes

My husband only slightly thinks I'm nuts! When planning to reschedule an ADR for Monday dec 9th he actually reminded me that we r supposed to meet all those crazy DISers in Epcot that day! He actually listens to my planning ramblings sometime I was shocked!

We have received only 4 updates so far today. 
Three of them were from seasidespences, including our First Update of the Day.
She said, "Breakfast yesterday was our pre-park opening ADR at..."
"Getting up early was totally worth it! DD was ready for her favorite CP character!"
"Pooh's puffed french toast was a hit with the kiddos and DH and I loved the corned beef hash and potato casserole. Also, those croissants were to die for...so light and fluffy!"
"Here are some extra photos of our time at CP!"

I had the salad...
and the kids both had the apples."
"For our entrees, DD had the mac & cheese (no pic received). She didn't really like this...said "it didn't taste right".
"DS had the pasta with marinara, which he ate pretty well."
"DH got the salad, which he enjoyed."
Colony Salad - Washington apples, sweet pecans and Applewood smoked cheddar, dried cranberry Craisins, and grilled chicken tossed with field greens in honey shallot vinaigrette
"And I got the BLT (this wasn't my cup of tea...just not what I was expecting)."
The Liberty Boys BLT - slow roasted pork, fresh Greens and tomatoes on House-made Bread with caramelized shallots and mushroom-mayonnaise spread
Then for their dessert...

and I had the potato leek soup."
"All were great!"
"Entrees for us were the kids grilled steak for DD."
"Kids grilled chicken breast for DS."
"Scallop and Shrimp pastry for DH."
"And the pork chop for me."
"All of these were great as well!"
"Be Our Guest desserts topped our meal off perfectly! We had the no sugar added pastry..."
"The lemon cupcake, which was devine!"
"The triple chocolate...
...and the grey stuff cupcakes also!"

She said, "Before we left MK last night, we stopped by to grab some snacks for the room...because we needed even more food!!! The gingerbread cookies must have been great because they were gone about 5 min. after we hit the room."
