Well my friends, I just heard Peg's plane take off....now I can track them on the computer

I told her that if there was a south wind this morning that I would be in my front yard taking a picture of them taking off....no such luck....north wind....so all I hear is the rev of the engines as they begin to hurtle down the runway.....
We all met for dinner at The Keg (steakhouse) last evening just to go over any last minute planning and because we won't see each other for 2 whole days

I pretty muched begged Peg to go to the Keg as Lobsterfest is on...we have really made it a tradition to go to the Keg the night before we leave. Thomas came to our house around 530 as we were leaving at 6 to meet the rest of the crew. Geodoc had gotten there first from work so we had maybe a 10 minute wait by the time we got there. Thomas has only been to this restaurant once so he followed Geodoc's lead and ordered the prime rib. I, of course, had steak with lobster and shrimp in a beautiful buttery sauce poured over it. I decided though, since Thomas has never had lobster,(foreshadowing here) that I would order an appetizer of lobster gratineau (sp?) if was lobster in butter and garlic and heavenly. I shared with Thomas and Jasmine and about 10 minutes later he looks at me and says I don't feel very good, my throat feels funny

I said are you joking or are you serious...at this point I can tell by the fear in his eyes he's not joking. I then realize I don't have my epi-pen, I put it in my carry on (Peg will never let me live this one down). I looked at Geodoc and bless him he took right over. He took him outside as the lighting in the restaurant is very dim...poor Jasmine was beside herself....then Peg gets up and leaves too(she's a nurse so really he had a doctor and a nurse) I can tell you at this point I want to vomit. I had vision of being in emergency all evening and having to call his parents

To make a long story short, once he was outside and had some fresh air he seemed to perk up. He said all of a sudden he got really clammy, hot, and felt like he was going to vomit...We also decided he will not eat shellfish again until tested for allergies. We're not sure if it was the lobster but we're not taking any chances. Until that boy went home at midnight I kept a very close eye on him.
Mini Montana lost her first tooth yesterday....too funny. Her daddy asked her if she wanted the tooth fairy to come last night or tonight when they were in Disneyworld...she picked tonight without fail
They had their plane seating arrangements all made...Snow White will sit with Peg from Winnipeg to Toronto then she'll sit with her daddy from Toronto to Orlando and Mini Montana of course will do the opposite. I think Snow is just so happy she doesn't have to fly with us that she would sit on the wing.
Jasmine works today so my mission today is to get her fully packed. I have some last minute cleaning to do around the house between today and tomorrow so will have lots to keep me busy. Last year I had everything done 2 days before we left and it made for very long days waiting to leave.
Hopefully I will get on here tomorrow morning or maybe in the middle of the night on Sunday/Monday. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend....I'm off to see where Peg's plane is on the flight tracker....
