Does such a thing exist? I can't do a lot of walking in anything other than my running shoes anymore without ending up with a lot of foot pain. I'd really like to wear skirts and sundresses to class this summer though. Any suggestions? Crocs are def. out. Not only are they not cute, but the bumps on the foot bed hurt a lot.

I'm a Birkenstock and Chaco lover.....so I guess cute is in the eye of the beholder !

I'd like to know this too! I have had neuromas and heel spurs both and have stuck to my tried and true Ryka's all winter so I'm afraid to venture back into sandals for fear the foot pain will come back!

I do have a pair of sportier Nike flip flops that are ok on my feet if I'm not doing a TON of walking...but I'd sure like to find a pair that don't hurt my feet at all!

I'm also not a huge fan of Birkenstocks either, I've seen some cute one's but not very many...although I have heard good reviews on those.

I love, love, love my Teva Omniums, but I'm not sure if they'd work with a dress or skirt. They're perfect with shorts or capris.

Expensive but good for your feet, Finn sandals. I have alot of foot problems, and love them whenever I'm not wearing athletic shoes with my orthotics.

If you're going to be wearing cute sundresses, something from Steve Madden or any major department store is going to be your best bet.

I wear Reef Fanning flip flops for my comfy shoes, but not with anything that's especially cute.

I agree Born shoes in general are very comfortable. So are Monroe brand shoes. Clarks might be another option. Finding any of these in "cute" might be difficult, they are more "practical" type shoes.

Also look for any of the shape-up type shoes. I just got some Ked's Mary Jane style ones and they are very comfy. I also have issues with my feet so I HAVE to have good shoes. They also have the Fit-Flops, which again, have a lot of support and are comfy.

Thanks! I think I can find something that won't cause me pain and is cute enough from either Born or Merrell. I have to go with practical over fashion. An average day on campus has me walking at least 2.5 miles and going up around 300 stairs.

Another good brand is Naot there are different lines, some look like Birks others have a bit more style. Really good arch support and super comfy. I live in these all summer.

I got some flip flops from orthaheel and they have been fabulous, I have a pair that are regular flip flops in purple and then I have a pair with a flower on them that are cream colored that I think are cute.

They are a little pricey for flip-flops but I think they are worth every penny. I have plantars facititis and I'm able to wear these all day with very little to no pain at the end of the day.
