B is simply not true. We have been more times in the last 20 years than I can count. Every trip has been December and January. We have had some warm park days and maybe one or two very warm days, but we have had a TON more COLD COLD days. The highest temp I can ever remember was 85 MLK week one year. We have also had lows in the 20's. Most of the time we are all good in long pants and tshirts. We add layers as needed. Most mornings we have needed a hoodie. The boys have worn shorts a day or two a few trips but never me and they would have been fine in long pants. We rarely swim, The pants I wear are perfect for the weather we travel in.
Oh yes there can be very very cold days, but we have never gotten to experience them. We went for christmas in 2011 and 2012. I had hoped to be able to wear pants or at least long sleeves for the pictures to look "christmassy." I was rudely surprised. The first day I had on jeans and I thought I was going to pass out!
I wore my jacket a grand total of once over 11 days and we did late EMH every night. My pictures look just like every other trip! We even swam most days. It was unexpected since December is supposed to be cold. Granted the year before there was a major cold front and all the pics coming back people looked so festive (freezing but festive
). We go every September and every other april and it is always sweltering hot.

have a great time.
