Comfort suites or Royale Parc Suites

I'm trying to decide between Comfort Suites Maingate East or Royale Parc Suites. How do they compare, which would you stay at??? Which is in better condition and cleaner? Any infornation would be appreciated. Thanks!

We have loved RPS in the past (we've stayed there 7 times), but our last visit wasn't quite up to par. We had a few complaints, but they WERE taken care of.
Overall, we have had great experiences with RPS and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest it again.
They have a nice, free continental breakfast, and a manager's reception in the evening with free drinks. The 2 bdrm suite is HUGE...2 bathroom, and a nice sized living room/dining/kitchen area. There is also a pull-out in the living room. My family of 5 has never run out of space! Its also located close to the parks, along with decent dining and drug stores.
You can usually book a decent rate online with their specials also.
Sorry I can't comment on Comfort Suites since we have never stayed there.

Thanks for the info. It's just the 2 of us going, our children are grown (that makes me feel better than saying we are almost seniors LOL) We may not even go to the parks. I would like to tour the beautiful resorts and relax a little. That's why I'm comparing and trying to get the nices hotel for a good price. Right now I can get either one for within dollars of eachother.

I appreciate all input.

Update! I booked RPS for $57.00 per night. Saving me $74. over the reservation I had at CSME. Both had free breakfast but I think RPS will be more comfortable and the managers reception each day is a plus, not a deal breaker but a plus

We ended up changing our reservation to Parke Royale Suites. We spent 5 nights there, just left this morning. For the price, this hotel was great! Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Breakfast was good, loved the waffles I really enjoy the atrium area which is surrounded by the hotel. Pool area was beautiful and jacuzzi was hot! The managers reception was great. We met lots of new people. My only complaint was the free wifi didn't always work from the room which wasn't such a big deal for us. Anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay, don't hesitate to stay here.

BTW the rooms do look exactly as shown in the pictures on their website.
