comfort suites maingate vs maingate east

anyone stay at either or both? i have room for 69.00 per night at maingate for oct 28 thru nov4, but maingate east looks a little nicer per website, any reviews would be great. maingate east rooms are going for 88.00 per night, not a huge diff, but every little bit helps.also oldtown right next door looks kinda interesting.we really dont plan on spending too much time at hotel thats why im not sure if its worth the little extra$$$$$. thanks for any help..............ps kids cant wait for not so scary halloween party

My mom and sister stayed at Main Gate East a few years back and really liked it. The free deluxe continental breakfast was good and so was the pool. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Maingate East in March. The room was very nice, the pool and hot tub were excellent... and yes, the breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections.

Having Old Towne nex door was cool. You could watch people on the human sling shot and walk through the midway and the shops.
