THis fits in all my criteria and has great reviews on trip advisor. Has anyone here stayed there, I could not find a review posted here for it. I am able to get a rate of $75 a night and that seems great if the hotel is as clean and updated as it looks.

Any input from people who have stayed there would be greately appreciated!!!! TIA!

Hi Danielle!
We stayed here May 31st-June 4th. It is in a very convienent location with Publix and WalGreen's close by. The rooms were nice and clean. We have a family of five so we needed the extra space. My only complaint would be that the rooms are not true suites, just one long room with an archway to separate the seating area from the beds. In the seating area the couch pulls out to a full/queen size bed. There is a kitchen sink area with a microwave and small refrigerator. The best thing about staying here is the free breakfast! It is a full hot breakfast, they even cook Mickey head chocolate chip waffles.

It is right next to the Old Town area which can be a pain to drive through because of traffic and pedestrians. We finally discovered if you turn right out of the hotel, you end up at the main highway, but you can't make a left turn there (you have to go left to head toward Disney). You can make a right then go down and do a Uturn, but I preferred just driving through Oldtown to go that way.

HTH,
Susan

Thanks for the heads up about the traffic. I have been checking all the hotels out with the bird's eye view on live.com's maps. (DH calls me obsessive) I had seen that they were really only partial suites and that is not a biggie for us. My kids will feel right at home with chocolate chip Mickey waffles, I have the Mickey waffle iron and make them either chocolate chip or banana often!

We have a family of 4 and as much as I want to stay on site I just can't see cramming us into a value when I can get a little bigger off site. For the same or less money.

Thanks again for the info!

We stayed at CSME during one of the hurricanes. The service was great. The staff fed us in the dark and made sure we had everything we needed. The convenient location was great. We walked to the grocery store. (a long walk) There were many restaurants within walking distant. We walked down to Old Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was nice. (lots of carbs, but we walked them off)

Had a great time in 2002 there. We have booked our Oct. trip there as well. Not sure how the free shuttles are now but they were good back then. I think it was about a 15 min drive to WDW. i wouldn't drive a rental car to WDW since it is so close and the shuttles are free. Universal was a long ride though but I remember taking the shuttle back at 1:00 in the morning from citywalk so they run late. You can get a good rate using the orlando magiccard in the off-peak season.

We are a family of 6 and love this hotel!!!! we have stayed there about 10 times in the last 6 years. Why mess up a good thing!haha The only negative I have is the elevator. They are very slow.
As far as leaving for the parks, we turn right at the side road b/f you get to the highway. You end up in front of the Seralago hotel. There is a redlight there which makes it easier. Hope this helped.
