Comfort Suites Maingate East discounts?

We are thinking of staying at Comfort Suites Maingate East in March. Has anyone gotten discounted rates at this hotel? We are going at peak time and am looking for the best rate possible. We are staying in the Studio suite for 6 people. Any help would be appreciated!! First time staying outside Disney. Thanks.

The studio suite will work for 6 people, but you should realize that it is one room and that the people will be watching 1 TV and sharing a bathroom.
The property is very well located. It is walking distance to Old Town and is very close to many restaurants and shops.
The property is well maintained and the breakfast is a good one.

You must realize, of course, that anywhere outside Disney properties is a different atmosphere.
