Comfort Inn LBV for $39/night

Has anyone stayed here before? Is it ok? DS and I are looking for a place for one night before we are joined by DH and DD and head over to POP.

For the price you pay, I find it's good. I've stayed at some pretty bad hotels for the same rate and find the CI LBV to be worn, but clean. It's really close to DTD and has some good restaurants within walking distance. Don't know about the shuttle service as I've always had a car.

HTH!!! :goodvibes

Thanks :)

I just booked it for 2 nights--before we check in to the All Star Sports. We were going to go down a day early, but with this we are staying 2 additional nights!

This rate is still available. Just booked it for one night in October. I went to the main Travelzoo site and checked under Orlando specials.

I stayed there last December and have no complaints. A bit on the old side, but clean and comfortable. Staff was very freindly as well.

We think it is a decent hotel. Nothing special. The continental breafast is free even though they try to upsell you to nicer buffet. The pools were small, it is an older hotel, BUT it was clean, easy access to WDW, friendly staff and very affordable when we try to sneak in extra trips or extra days.

We stayed Monday night and have no complaints. Nothing plush, but clean. I feel like we got a great deal for $43 and change including tax.

Thanks for the head's up. This is a nice place to stay w/o breaking the budget. It's really no frills, but for the price it's great!!!

Thank you for the heads up! Just booked a one night stay in Oct. We have driven down from OH before, but this time we are going to drive straight through, and stay close to WDW the night before, so that we don't lose half a day like we usually do. I have been looking for something around $50, preferably with a free breakfast, so this is perfect. Thanks again!

Andy

Thanks! I figured it out and booked it.

Now I just need them to open dates past Dec 25th so I can book it for the other end of our package. I'd be tempted to add days to our trip at this price.

Thanks for the info on the price, I always look to see what their prices are and when I checked their site two dyas ago, they were 50 ish ples tax. With the Free DDP during the time we stay, we have been on property the past few times but may go back to here when the kids get bigger and we need more room and things like a fridge and microwave.
hee are ohotos I posted from our previous stays.

lastly, when we stayed there they usually had availability on the flashing sign facing the highway and it was usually quite cheap. I always thought that must be upsetting to people who booked in advance at a higher price..
if they advertise a lower price while your there for the extra days, maybe you can add them then, of course for most people it would be too late, with flights and all, but maybe you can work something out if you call them....

Thanks guys, just booked it for the one night before we check in at Disney too. Great rate and unless I'm reading it wrong, it looks like you can still cancel it up to 24 hrs before check in.
