is this close to downtown disney?? Can it be walked?? thanks for any info on this!! If this is not so close are there any inexpensive but "liveable" hotels near DD??

It is too far away to walk to Downtown Disney, but it is
only a few blocks outside the Lake Buena Vista Disney
World Gate so it is pretty close, and closer than Kissimmee.

I have not stayed there since 1997. Some forum members
have complained of rude management and poor housekeeping
but others say it is ok.
