Comfort Inn and Suites??

Has anyone stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites? I understand that they have free parking and a free shuttle, but was wondering what the hotel itself was like? Pools? Proximity to beach? Thanks in advance for any input you can provide.

we booked there the night before our cruise in sep. you have to ask for the special park and cruise pkg or they charge for shuttle.
look at the port canaveral site for lodging specials. it also includes two hawaiian shirts. they told me they about two blocks from the beach. i usually have good luck with choice hotels, go to the choice website and register for frequent guest program, they upgrade rooms for members when available, we've hardly ever not gotten a better room when we check in.

We stayed there in February. Small hotel crammed in between other buildings.

The biggest thing I did not like was the "non smoking" room we requested had all the linen and blankets smelling like smoke, and there were burn marks from cigarettes on the furniture.

I informed them of the problem and was told I was in a non smoking room.. That was it.

I'd never stay there again.

The free shirts were OK, they had a selling price of $5 when you go to the store to get them......
