I am going crazy checking all the time and it is not there....

Just looked back at my notes from last year when I booked our Feb trip and remembered that the schedule came up on September 18,2003. I remember because I checked that morning knowing that we were going to lose power due to being hit by Hurricane Isabel last year. Sure enough the schedule came out tht morning, we booked and we lost power about 6 hours later-- for two days!! I was so glad I did that. So I am anticipating that they will relase that schedule in the next two weeks if they are consistent with last year!

That would be the equivelant(sp?) of last year.

Actually, I'm wondering if it might be Friday the 10th. They have a sale on now that expires at the end of Thursday (9th). You never know...

I've been looking at January 8-12 just to see prices. This corresponds to the same weekdays as I need, only four weeks prior. Helps me plan.

We're also planning on going Feb vacation week. But just a heads up, I remember last year when they released these flights if there ever were any discount seats, then were gone immediately. It was also most like they only offered full fare (or close to it) for Fri-Sun of both those weekends. If you want to get it under $1000, (assuming you're flying BDL-MCO) maybe think about doing Mon - Mon (the kids will miss one day of school) Last year, I booked the day the fares were released (9/18) and got a rate of $220.50 (Lowest available). On Octboer 3rd, I was able to rebook and get a rate of $186.50. BUT we flew Monday 2/16 - WED 2/25. I could not get the $79 each way for an earlier return (as I recall)

Well, that is a depressing thought! We are going Feb 19-26th and it is pretty much unflexable. Not only would I have to take my son out of school for a day but also myself as I am a teacher. The big problem being that administration heavily frowns upon taking off the day before or after a vacation.

Why oh why do "people" feel the need to take advantage like this?? Grrrrrrrrrr

Midday flights are more likely to have seats available than morning flights (7:00am-9:00am) and late afternoon flights (3:00pm-6:00pm).
