I just got confirmation from my TA.....we got Pop Century (we had to take apreferred room) 9/22-9/30!!!!!! Oh, ye-ah ~ Oh, ye-ah!!!

I wonder if they are holding back inventory for regular rooms at Pop for the general public offering on Thurs? Wondering if we might try back then for a regular, non-preferred room.

Either way, Yippy Skippy!!!!!

Yes you get feed free and really good food too. We got the free dining last and I just called and got it again this year. We will be at AS-Sports from 8/27 to 9/3. It's great to have extra money now for more souveniers. Now I just gotta wait until the Princess & Pirate party tickets go on sale. With the extra savings it won't be such a pinch in our pockets now. Woohoo! Got it but we had to change resorts from CSR to CBR (and not do our Wonder DCL). Boy, it was a tough decision to give up the cruise but we had some financial stuff happen and this saves us over $1000 so...

I got the Poly this am with free dining from sept 13-18. Finally, a way I can afford to take the trip & stay at somewhere really special. I'm thinking this will be a once in a lifetime thing-have to try it once!!!

We get to go AND eat too! Got two standard connecting rooms at POP for 9/15 - 9/22 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Exactly what I wanted. Never stayed on site before. Woo Hoo!

Congratulations!!! Warning, once you stay on site you will never want to stay off site again LOL. My husband had never stayed on site until he married me, and now he's so spoiled he only wants monorail resorts! I totally currupted him!!!! But in a good way.

Several weeks ago we booked at POP thru AAA, we asked about free dining then and the TA said they would just add free dining if they were going to have it this year so we should book now. This morning my DW went into AAA and asked the TA if she could now add the free dining, The AAA TA had no clue that Disney had started the free dining. We had already made the $200 deposit on the Disney Visa card and said we would like to have the free dining added as you said you would if Disney add it. The AAA TA had to call Disney to confirm this and change the reservations but we lost POP and had to settle for ALL Star Music which we did last year, this was fine because the dining is great and you spend little time at the Resort other then sleeping but disappointing not to get POP and just wondering if this is going to run into June and POP and Movie are already booked this may end in a week unless they have blocks saved that they may release on Thureday for those without the card and for those booking in May and June??

Woo Hoo!

Booked Labor Day weekend at Music (not my first choice, but Pop was already sold out!!!). Going to Spirit of Aloha at the Polynesian, something we'd never do without the free DDP because it's just so expensive and out of our price range. Thank you Disney, and to the DISboards for alerting me to the offer!

To all of you who booked in September with Kids. Are your children not of school age or are you planning on just taking them out of school?

I was just dreaming that in 2 yrs my kids will be out of high school and I will have no restraints as to what time I can visit the world

But then again..............I won't have kids to go with .....and I will miss that alot

Called in at 7:30 Eastern time this morning, and after 1 hour and 42 minutes on hold was able to book AKL with free dining for Sept. 8-15.

This will be our third free dining trip, and we were able to get all of our ADR's within 10 minutes of our target times.

I sat on hold for over an hour this morning. I finally had to hang up I had to go to work so we can take this trip. I called back about 9:30 this morning & didn't wait more than 30 minutes total. We booked POP 9-1 till 9-8. We wanted ASMovies but to no avail it was booked by then. But we still get FREE FOOD!

We homeschool. But this is the last year that our oldest will be at home and after he goes to high school next year, it will get a whole lot more complicated to try a Disney trip! So this is THE YEAR for us!!

That is the coolest thing ever! This free dining works perfectly for you. You must be so thrilled. We went last year during free dining and we had to take our children out of school. It worked out fine, but I did not feel great about it since it was so early in the school year. Oh well, the Disney memories last FOREVER!

Yes, I am pulling my six year old out of school for a week. There is so much she can learn at Disney and she will appreciate it more without the extreme heat and crowds of the summer. I went last year with a friend and left the husband and kids at home, but this year we are all going!
