Come-Back Rates?

I don't know that they're called come-back rates, but I'm referring to folks who get an offer (before checking out of their resort) for a reduced rate for a future trip.

We're going in June and plan to return in December and then in March. We'd love a reduced rate for the future trips.

So, are come-back rates still available? Do they have to be offered to you, or can you request them?

I believe that was a promotion Disney was running that ended sometime in March. They put a card on your door (we actually got 3 of them) that told you to call before you checked out and you would get a reduced rate on a future stay before the end of the year. We had a code since we read it on these boards, but you really only needed to mention the door card and they knew what rate to give you.

Oh well. I'll just pin my hopes on a December and/or March AP rate!
