I like Jim Hill's asessment where 2 comcast(former WD execs) are appointed to the board and they have a quiet merger...

after this invatation CNBC ...about 2 hours after the invatation....reported that Comcast will still not increase their offer....who knows what they wanted ..probably to bring to light the original offer again because DIS is volunerable right noiw

A Comcast merger or whatever they want to call it would not be a good idea. Not just because, like Roy said, they don't know how to manage a name like Disney, but also because Comcast will have its interests too spread out.
