is it possible to combine multiple reservations in to one so I don't have to change sites? It wouldn't be the end of the world if we had to move but it would change how we would want to plan for that day, especially meal reservations.

thanks

You probably will not need to move. What I did the last time was, about 2 days before the next reservation I went to the Outpost and explained that I had another reservation and at that time they took care of the paperwork for my second reservation. I didnt need to go back in on the checkout date of the 1st ressie.

We've going thru this right now with 4 different ressies and about 2 days before the first was over DW went in and double checked that we would be in the same site, but still had to go in the AM to activate the second one since a credit card signature is needed, get new IDs and parking pass. It should be interesting since we have a single day ressie for 31 dec so we will be going in on both the 31st and 1 Jan.

I've had multiple reservations on many of my WDW Ft. Wilderness trips and have never had to change sites. (As a matter of fact, Oct 07 was the first trip in awhile when I had 1 reservation)

I just list all my reservation #s and fax in my request 4 days before arriving and remind them when checking in the first time. Always no problem. I did have to go to the Outpost the morning of the reservation change to get new Resort IDs.

We have done this many times. The way that we do it is to call as soon as we have all of our days (as long as they are all the same type - preferred, full, etc...) and have them group them into one reservation. They have always been able to do this for us ahead of time so that we don't have to stop in the middle of our trip to take care of things like new cards.

We had 4 different ressies for Thanksgiving week. While we were able to keep our site, my husband did have to go and check us in again at the start of each new reservation.
