Columbus holiday weekend

we are planning a trip for the four-day holiday that our school gives us for Columbus Day (10/7-10/10). We will arrive late on the 6th and do parks on Friday, sat and Sunday. Any idea what the crowds will be like on those days? We are staying at Portofino so we will have express. How will the Halloween party impact the crowds? This is our first trip as a family of 5 to Universal. Thanks

Crowded weekend
Since you have ep, you'll be fine for the rides

Studios will close at 5 on the Hhn nights
Ioa will close at 8

On that weekend, you will see crowds at the studio start to build in the afternoon
Peeps come into hit the rides before the park closes
they then wait it out in the holding areas for Hhn to open

Thanks - so sounds like I should always try to do Studio in the mornings and IOA second.
On the Universal site for early entry it looks like neither of the parks is doing EE. Is that right or do they not share that info this far out?
