Columbus Day Weekend...

I will be there with my sister, brother in law, and two nieces (ages 4 and 6) from 10/7 - 10/14. Just how miserable will it be that first weekend since it's Columbus Day Weekend? Will the crowds die back down on Sunday or Monday?

We went Columbus weekend last year and didn't find it crowded at all. I know this year is supposed to more crowded as a whole than normal, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

We went over Columbus Day this past year (10/10 to 10/17) and we did not find it bad at all. We even did Magic Kingdom on Columbus Day and had a great time.

Thanks for the replies. I am not a fan of crowds (which is why I'm staying away from Disneyland the past couple of weeks!) and I was worried at how the crowds for that weekend would be. Good to know it shouldn't be too bad.
