they are putting in a Petsmart,a Pet Hotel, and I think a sporting goods store where the Old KMart was.

Not just a sporting goods store, a Sportsman's Warehouse! Next best thing to having a Cabela's in the neighborhood. We drove by there yesterday.

Thanks for the birthday wishes Teresa!!!! My best friend took me to Lodos for my birthday on Wednesday, I love the view from the top!!!

Nothing new here, just made it through my birthday, had a wonderful day and now back to work!!!

Just found out that where Montgomery Wards was at Southwest Plaza, they are tearing it down and building a super Dillards.....whatever a Super Dillards is? Oh ya and Foleys is turning into a Macy's.

Just found out that where Montgomery Wards was at Southwest Plaza, they are tearing it down and building a super Dillards.....whatever a Super Dillards is?

Was wondering what was going on there when we went by on Friday (after dinner at Chedd's...mmmm, cheesy). Wonder why they had to tear it down??? The old building wasn't good enough?

Mom - I have a menu for Chedds, I have never tried it before but I have heard good reviews about it. Next time I come over, I will bring the menu to you.

If you want a cheap lunch place, Kahunas (use to be Pitchers, Breckenridge Brewery) is supose to have a $5.00 menu including drink, M-f 10:00am-4:00pm.

Yuk, yuk I get it We ran the Bolder Boulder yesterday and it was COLD when we stopped running! We were glad for the jackets...tied them around the waist while running, put them on immediately when we stopped! Also didn't get to see the flyover or the parachutists because the cloud ceiling was too low Made it home in plenty of time before the skies opened up. Official time: 1:21:51. Someday we'll run it without stopping

DenverVal - That is so awesome!!! I was just telling my DH that when I get to my goal weight, I want to start training for a marathon. I would love to do the Boulder Boulder next year. We'll have to wait and see.

I'm glad we had the rain, but just a bummer it happened on Memorial Day weekend. Oh well......

I have a long way to go to get to my goal weight, just did it anyway and had a blast! Even if you walk the whole way, it's such a fun experience. We are lucky that my dd's gym teacher organizes this as his field trip for the year, and gets school busses to transport us there, drop us off at the start line and pick us up near the stadium. They couldn't pick a more beautiful spot to do a Memorial Day celebration. We always sit on the east side of the stadium to see the Flatirons behind the university...breathtaking, even with the clouds!
