Color or B&W for park pictures?

Which type of pictures did you like better?

  • Color

  • Black and White

  • I liked the color mostly, but there were some good black and white pictures, too.

  • I like the black and white equally

  • I liked the black and white mostly, but there were some good color photographs

  • Didn't matter to me, I liked them all regardless.

Hopefully you've read my trip reports and have looked at my pictures. I wanted to test the waters of color photographs in the parks versus black and white photographs. I am pleased with both, I think some pictures look better in black and white while others look better in color, so I wanted to ask all of you, which did you like better?

Black and white is so much fun to experiment with! There is so much depth and texture that B&W picks up that color doesn't. You see things in a completely different way.

DH and I took a zillion B&W pictures this spring in Yosemite, Tahoe, and Sonoma. B&W adds so much to nature photos!

Now, I can't wait to photograph the tree of life in B&W! The ultimate in nature photos at WDW!
