As I posted before, this weekend, I am getting a Xryon to help with making magnets, etc. for our cruise, (and all the other things I will surely come up with). When I mentioned that to my friend, she says, oh, I have a "Crickett" I never use it, it is in the box, and maybe you would like to play with it. Sure I said, no problem, just knowing I love gadgets.
So today she brings it and we go to get it out of her car and put it into mine, and when I look at the box, I see it is a "CriCut". Now, you guys are scratching your heads saying soooooo. I had only seen this Cricut discussed on this board, and had never heard it said out loud, so all along, I thought it was a Crycut.
I had not clue what my friend was talking about.
Anyway, she brought me the machine and some paper and who knows what all--says she has only made a few cards with it and she doesn't scrapbook.
So, this weekend, I will have a Crickett
and a Xyron 900 to play with, and I don't have a clue as to how to use either.
Anyone have suggestions as to where to start or some good beginner projects?
Oh, she does not have the Disney thing that goes with the Cricut, but said if I wanted to buy it she would reimburse me for it. I just wish I knew what I was doing.
