HAWAII!!!

I have a college age friend who is supposed to be headed to China for the month of April. She got back to school this week after spring break and there is talk of changing the trip to Hawaii where they will study Pacific-Asian culture for a month. The change is because of the looming war and also the flu. She will know at the end of this week where they are headed.

I laughed when she e-mailed because she said "Forget China, Bring on Hawaii!!!!" I agree.

I have a friend that kust left for China to teach ESL. She was over there for 2 years and will be there at least 5 or 6 months this time.

I would choose Hawaii, too!!
