So, there are these humongous purple posters everywhere around my campus. They're in every building, 2 or 3 PER hallway, and they're always outside. People are handing flyers out in the campus center. Every table in the library and foocourt and a little stand up purple advertisement on it. They're advertising disney's college program, duh.

Apparently, the presentation where you can sign up is going to march 17th. Too bad I'm not 18 yet, or I would probably go.

So, are you planning on doing it? What position do you want?

ETA: Congratulations Disney on your awesome advertising skills. You cannot miss the 'in your face bright purple-ness' of them. All the other campus adverts are like white, or yellow. Lol.

And can I mention how sad I get everytime I see them? I'm like 'DISNNEYYYYYY. How I miss you.' And it doesn't help that there's a picture of BTMRR on them.

i did the KTTKT and thought it would ruin the Magic for me too but i have a better appreacation for all the cast members and all the magic that goes on behind the curtian now.

Applying anyways. I want to go to Ryerson (Ryerson and Brock are the only ones that offer it) which is a great school, in Toronto.. and well offers this. It's like a triple score for me. I don't care where I work, I'm not picky.
The idea of working for Disney excites me. the idea of being there all the time and getting a chance to make peoples vacations magical.. all worth it.

I wanted to do the plain international one, but I can't afford to take a year off of school.

When I went to Disney in 8th grade for Chorus, we performed for the Magic Music Days and we went backstage behind Splash Mountain and where they keep the parade floats, that ruined it a bit for me..I could only imagine being a CM.

I'd love to do it, but I'm scared it would take away the "magic" aspect.
Then again, I'm probably going to major in media, so that could be a great learning experience...I dunno. I have a while to figure it out.

I might rather just study abroad in London or Australia, anyway.

Haha, that's cool. I've got the Gold Season pass, though I don't think we're renewing it this year. But, I'm usually out there a good ten or fifteen times each year. What exactly do you do?

Sell tickets, scan and sell parking, process season passes, and turnstiles, which is where you actually go into the park. I also do Boomerang Bay sometimes, but not that much. Even more idiots are going to be coming this year because of the new rollercoaster they built.

I dont care about the magic being ruined but I just dont see it helping out getting a job in the future. Disney is all great for a vacation but I couldnt see myself working there. I want to get into sports marketing or journalism so working at disney wouldnt help me too much

That would suck.. I'd hate watching so many people go in to enjoy a day at King's Island while I'm stuck taking tickets. Although, there's tons of hot chicks that go there, so that wouldn't be too bad. Slip a number into the car when dad's not looking, hahahahahha.

And I forgot they built a new rollercoaster. Should be interesting, but nothing beats the Beast.
