I just have a few questions about the college program that I was hoping someone could help me with!

Question 1- I'm a Senior in high school, but I was wondering if I could apply for the college program before I graduate. I realize that it is a COLLEGE program but I just was curious to know if I could apply at the end of Senior year so that I could work there in the summer between graduation and Freshman year. I read somewhere that you have to be in your first semester of Freshman year in college to apply... is this true?

Question 2- Can you apply to be a face character if you're in the college program? Or can you just be a cast member?

Okay, I think that's all for now! Thanks!

1. You must be enrolled and taking college classes at the time you apply for the Disney College Program. Additionally, the summers are now only for the Alumni CPs. The Career Start is for seniors in High School, so check out that if you're interested.

2. Yes, you can become a face chatacter if you are in the College Program.

Okay, thank you so much! That was really helpful! I hadn't even heard of the career start program! ONE more question-- if you're involved in the career start or college program, can you audition for one of the entertainment roles? Like the singers in the shows? I realize that these are all super hard to get, but I can dream, can't I?? :)

Entertainment in the CP (idk about Career Start) is made up of Character Performers (fur and face) and Movers (in Parades and some shows). All singers are covered under Equity and have separate auditions. CP's are not offered these roles.

Character attendant and performer are not offered for the career start program

Question 1. The college program you have to do at least one semester of college. You might want to look in to the Career Start program, it's for just-graduated high schoolers.

Question 2. You can be a face character, you just have to go to a character audition and get accepted and then do a face audition. (Something along those lines, I would ask someone who is a face character for the correct
way)
