Does anyone know the exact question(s) Disney asks on the application or the web-based interview regarding a criminal background? To the best of my knowledge, it asks if you have been convicted/plead guilty to a misdemeanor or felony, and if yes, a need to discuss. Was the question about needing to discuss it about all criminal history or just anything of a misdemeanor or more serious? If anyone can shed some light here that would be much appreciated.

I believe the question was about describing the misdemeanor or felony if you committed a crime. I don't remember seeing any questions the web based interview the crime history. But, I do remember being asked about crimes after being accepted.

Disney is only able to ask you if you have been convicted of a crime beyond a minor traffic violation. If you answer "yes," you will receive paperwork to fill out that asks you to provide details about each individual conviction. Being convicted of a crime will not necessarily disqualify you, it all depends on the severity and recency.
