College of Knowledge, etc.

I'm thinking of trying to plan our next trip using an on-line service. I notice a lot of these trip planners say they are "College of Knowledge" graduates. What does that mean? Does it mean that they are certified travel agents? How do I know if some are better than others?

By the way, I'm assuming it is in Disney or is it home/on-line based? How long do these people take classes for?

College of Disney Knowledge is an on-line course available to travel agents by the Walt Disney Company.

The travel agents learn about Disney Resorts and what they can offer. The course is done in a few hours.
