College Health form

My DS will be a freshman at the University of Maryland in the fall. We just had his health form completed. Here are the choices under sex: Male, Female, Transgendered, or Other. I think maybe they have gotten a little too PC. (I asked the doctor what "other" was but he didn't have an answer and had never seen anything like this before.)

So, what do you think?
