college admissions - anyone waiting on letters?

man, the waiting is driving me nuts. i'm applying to ph.d. programs for the fall (only one in this area) and i can't wait anymore! i need to know where we are moving to now!!! we need an impatient smiley!

you and my dh. every day when he comes home he asks me if i got a letter.

Yes, waiting for DD's college acceptance letters, and the earliest one isn't due until mid-February. Fortunately, she already has one acceptance, but this waiting is killing me!!

Still waiting for DS's college acceptance letter also. He has been accepted at one, but we're still waiting (and hoping) for his first choice. Thing is, his friend got his letter of acceptance from the same college 2 weeks ago...(full tuition scholarship plus a laptop). While DS probably won't get that offer, we are just hoping he gets in.

My DD has had six letters with conditional offers of a place, but she has to get the grades in her finals to actual go. But we don't find out her exam results until late August, only 4 weeks before the course starts so it's a long waiting game!

DS was accepted to one of the 2 colleges he applied to. We won't hear from the other until mid-February.
