We have just recieved our tickets for flight 26 May, no Disney passes included. Eventually, spoke to Airtours yesterday & was informed I need to find Rep at airport for tickets. Anyone else had to do this? friends of ours just took a ticket to park on first day & exchanged it for a Disney pass. I'm a little worried as it states on our invoice DDP but not passes, lady I spoke to insists it's okay but I've requested a new invoice showing Disney passes.

We went with Airtours last year. I must admit, I was peeved because I was told I would be getting real tickets but it wasn't at all - it was vouchers. We'd ordered the 14 day ultimate tickets for the girls and, when we got to Sanford, we had to go to the Airtours desk where she gave us an envelope with loads of leaflets and vouchers for the Disney passes. We exchanged them at Epcot the first morning but, to be honest, I wouldn't go with vouchers again. The longest wait we had at Sanford was at that Airtours desk (20 minutes) and at Epcot we had another 20 minute wait to get the vouchers exchanged.

There is no need to worry, though, as our invoice didn't state about the tickets separately either but they were there waiting at Sanford.

We've had vouchers for tickets once. We drove to downtown Disney on the way to the villa & exchanged them for tickets at Guest relations there. No queueing & straight into the parks the next morning

Thanks for the replies, It's put my mind at rest, not happy to have to queue at airport & park though. Joh, is the desk easy to find? We are going to arrange a town car to meet us & I don't want to keep them waiting. Any suggestions about the best way through the airport, we land (if not delayed) at 12.30. Sue, we're going to DD after checking in, can you tell me where to exchange the vouchers?

As you are staying onsite - try handing the voucher over at check-in they may put the tickets on your room keys them :goodvibes

We had an e ticket the last couple of times so the evening we arrived we took the bus to Epcot and changed them at the customer relations as it is pretty quiet in the evening and then went back to the hotel. It just seemed easier than queuing the next morning with the masses. I don't know about vouchers but we did ask at the hotel (POP) if we could exchange the ticket there but after checking we found it had to be done at the park.
