There are videos now of them kissing. https://www.tmz.com/I guess the question is, what exactly constitutes cheating.
Holding a co-worker like that and then panicking when caught is definitely crossing the line.
I have read stories of comedians warning people that a particular show is being recorded and if you are there with someone you don't want the world to know about, now is your chance to leave. Soon after the announcement one or more couples would leave and not return.

Not just any coworker, she heads up the company HR.
Good luck with that. Most concerts and sporting events now say somewhere in the fine print that you can be recorded or photographed, and have those recordings published on social media, in promotional materials, etc. That's along with all the "you can't sue if the lighting rig falls on your head," language.

It's the same here. Large signs at concert and sports venues.Just as I said above. Only, it wasn't in fine print at the last place I was at. I was standing in like at the ticket booth and that's when I noticed the sign was huge with font as clear as day. I have to wonder how many others tried to sue for their pictures being posted to social media and they had to make the signs HUGE now.

I am amused by the memes but I feel terrible for the wife. Not only because of the infidelity, but because the world knows and is laughing and making a spectacle.
Oh I agree… It just adds another level of humiliation to her and her family. No one is laughing at HER. I think we all feel sorry for her and the kids. The memes and jokes are about him & the HR chief.
Here's where I stand... even IF both couples had an "open marriage", were separated, or had some kind of agreement where this is OK, it is NOT "OK" for a supervisor to have a romantic relationship with an employee at 99.999% of companies.I'm going to wait for more information before chastising them.
I absolutely agree! That's why the company has launched an investigation and at least one of them has been placed on leave. Very likely they will be asked to resign. Here's where I stand... even IF both couples had an "open marriage", were separated, or had some kind of agreement where this is OK, it is NOT "OK" for a supervisor to have a romantic relationship with an employee at 99.999% of companies.
They were OBVIOUSLY doing something wrong, otherwise they wouldn't have had the reactions they did.
Seriously, planning to go to a concert with tens of thousands of people knowing you’re going g to be chosen for the kiss cam at the same time as embracing. Of course this was not planned! This is a personal and professional nightmare! If you want to hide an affair you don't go to a Coldplay concert! One or either of them wanted this to happen. It makes the clueless spouse the one to initiate a separation or divorce. Spineless, and cruel!
