I hate these machines...the taste is awful. Im not a huge soda drinker as it is, but regular fountain drinks taste better to me. Especially cherry coke from ChikFilA!

Amen. The chick puts some kind of magic in their food, drinks, milkshakes, tea, etc. they even sold me on waffle fries which I refused for YEARS! Now I can’t get enough.
“My pleasure”
I think it’s in the chick fil a sauce. FYI
Oh. And they will split my iced tea. Half sweet. Half unsweetened. By drink or gallon. #takemymoney

Can’t beat the freestyle machines. They are the best. Only problem is that there are not enough of them on property! Not enough variety on the regular machines. IMHO.
We were eating lunch at Beach Club a few weeks ago. They have 2 freestyle machines. One was not working. One of the CM's was standing in line behind us at the working machine. She was explaining to a new CM about how the other machine never has ice and they are always breaking down and running out of flavors. She was hoping they would bring back the standard soda fountain machines. Me too.
I know this is an unpopular opinion, DW and I do actually enjoy the Freestyle machines. In the past, we've already chosen resorts because they had it.
Not so sure about the “Freestyle tastes bad” argument though: doesn't ALL soda fountains taste bad anyway? Nothing really beats a can if you want a smooth and fizzy soda.
Plus there is the mix of whatever the person before you had. And with Disney’s RFID system, you cannot run it a couple of seconds before putting your cup under like you can at the movie theaters I go to that have them.
