Coke Freestyle machines at CBR

We are going to be staying at CBR here in April. Are the Coke Freestyle machines up and running? or are they not available during the pandemic? If they aren't, is there any advantage to getting the refillable mug?

I believe mugs can only be refilled at the food court currently.
