I'll be in Disney Springs area for a few days early Nov. I have wanted to try this place for "fun" and haven't done so yet! It's a priority on this vacation.

a few questions?

#1 is this elevator accessible since walking up a flight of steps might hold me back
#2 is there a special vantage point of where to sit also, should I try this place around sunset or evening for more ambiance?
#3 how much time will I need to enjoy my stop, I'm thinking 45minutes to an hour ( really depends on how long I have to wait for my beverage)
#4 is there a COKE merchandise store below

Yes, the elevator is accessible but there can be a line if it’s busy. There are a few tables and a standing bar top along the front of the upper level which is a nice view. On the upper level it’s more of a quick service ordering system so drinks come pretty quickly. I think an hour should be plenty of time. The first floor is all merchandise.

Yes, I believe they do, on the upper level next to the counter. Of course I could be wrong, it’s been months since the our visit,

yes! the coke place is alot of fun. There is NO staircase. Its a ramp quite long and kinda wraps around the perimeter. But you can also check out the merchandise on the 2nd floor too. Always have had a float up there for dessert. It is kinda hard to get a chair or table however. Last time I allmost got into a fight with the people at the next table. We where enjoying out floats but their young daughter decided to shower us with her bubble wand continuously. Kinda uncomfortable trying to eat and parents where well aware of what was happening. But the wind was blowing our direction not theres so they let her enjoy herself. But otherwise we love to take a break up there. Ramp is easier heading down then up
