I find it interesting that both The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Toy Story 3 open on June 18. Coincidence or not? any opinions?

Coincidence. I don't think one will impact the other in the least.

I think it will in the national media attention, the news-- both are long awaited and when the nighty news has to split time between both, neither will get center stage attention.

I'm glad that it does come out around that time TBH since in the UK it won't come out until the end of July. This way we get to watch it during our trip :
