I used Coin star for the first time this week.
I had $63.48 and a Redemption code # on the receipt to use for Amazon.
I just ordered $289 at Amazon.com and typed in the redemption code #. It didn't show as credited so I typed it again. Then it came up as "this is already applied to this order."
So, I figured it would take it out after ordering.
NOPE! I got an email saying that I have been charged the full $289 for my order.
Did I do this wrong?
The above charge DID already have a promotional deal in it, is that why? It shouldn't be since coinstar should be same as cash.
